WHO SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Your family and friends can be such an important part of the
gown decision. We do ask that you limit your guests to 5 or less (in addition to yourself!) We are a cozy little studio with limited seating and we have found that the opinions of a trusted few always make for an easier decision for you. Bring people that you want to share this wonderful experience with.
ARE CHILDREN PERMITTED AT APPOINTMENTS?
We respectfully ask that arrangements be made for young children so that you, the bride, will have our undivided attention.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
We do require that undergarments be worn when trying on gowns. We do have appropriate bras available to try with the gowns, but you can of course bring your own. Shoes are not needed - if the gowns are not the correct length, shoes can be troublesome.
ARE PHOTOGRAPHS ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?
I am sorry, we do not allow photos to be taken of our gowns until you have chosen yours. Once you have made your choice, you are welcome to take as many photographs as you would like!!!
WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR BRIDAL GOWNS?
The gowns in the studio range from $1500 to $4000.
Designing a custom gown can range higher.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY GOWN?
It is best to choose your gown a minimum of 6 months before your wedding - ordering your gown 9 to 12 months prior to your wedding is ideal.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY GOWN?
A 50% deposit is required with the balance due 30 days from your purchase date. We are sorry to say that there are no refunds, exchanges or credits available. Thank you for your understanding.
ARE ALTERATIONS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR GOWNS?
Alterations are not included in the purchase price of the gown.
DO YOU HAVE USED BRIDAL GOWNS?
The selection in the studio included new, designer bridal gowns, which are available for purchase. We also have a unique selection of original, antique bridal gowns. These are one-of-a-kind vintage gowns dating from the late 1800's to the 1960's. We do not offer resale bridal gowns nor do we offer rentals.
DO YOU CARRY BRIDESMAID'S OR MOTHER'S DRESSES?
No, we only offer gowns for the bride.
DO YOU ALTER GOWNS PURCHASED IN OTHER SALONS?
I am afraid we are not able to alter gowns purchased at other salons or online.
We only offer alterations on the bridal gowns purchased in our studio.
